I began S.P. Jones Creations in 2003 after re-discovering my love of knitting.  I hope you will find everything you need in the way of handmade knitted and felted handbags, hats, and accessories.

I specialize in custom orders - doing everything I can to meet your expectations.  I use the finest materials, primarily wool and alpaca, seeking out independent yarn makers and utilizing other small business people whenever possible.

Most of what I do is commonly known as felting though the proper term is fulling.  Basically I knit the piece larger than its intended size, wash it in hot water in the washing machine and get a finished good that's solid and has the look of fabric rather than that of a knitted item.  I utilize a few select Michigan ceramic artists whom I go to for the perfect button, my signature stamp.
